DOH Attempt to Censor FOI Bombshell News Backfires, Covid Call to Humanity Demolishes DOH Fake News

Background

On August 31, 2021, Covid Call to Humanity (CCH) released a press release: “CCH FOI Bombshell: DOH Admits No Evidence SARS-CoV-2 Isolated. FOI is the acronym of “Freedom of Information”, a constitutional mandate, already translated into law that enables citizens to discover documents used by government agencies to make their policies. The CCH press release further stated: “There is No Epidemic. No Health Emergency. No Covid-19 Excess Deaths in 2020. Stop Lockdowns and Forced Rollout of Killer Vaccines. They are Illegal and Deadly.”

The final subheading of the CCH press release warned: “Vaccines Have Killed Over a Million and Harmed Hundreds of Millions. Real Pandemic of the Vaccinated Threatening the World, Fueled by Panic Over False Positives from RT-PCR Tests.”

The Department of Health (DOH) swiftly responded the following day characterizing the CCH press release as “Fake News!”. DOH further stated: “There is a post that is spreading claiming that COVID-19 is not true.” (Translation from Filipino.)

Net-savvy Filipinos quickly blasted the DOH warning in Facebook. Thousands rapidly sent pointed negative comments to DOH challenging the latter to prove, among others, that Covid vaccines are safe and effective. Filipinos, from direct experience, know that the “vaccines” are either killing or greatly harming their friends and loved ones. CCH welcomes this response by DOH. Now CCH can unveil more extensively the facts and the science behind this specific COVID-19 controversy.

• [CCH post says] COVID-19 is not true.
• WHO declared COVID-19 to be a global pandemic. … [The disease] has killed 4 million people.
• The PCR test is being used to detect genetic material from the COVID-19 virus. (Emphasis in the original.)
• Other countries like America have isolated COVID-19 using viral culture.
• The covid vaccines, which have a EUA, are “ligtas at epektibo” (safe and effective). They went through thorough study by the country’s experts. Until now, no one has directly died due to the COVID-19 vaccines.
• Make it a habit to fact check. Believe only in legitimate sources.

We will now demolish the DOH response one by one, starting with their fake claim that CCH said that “COVID-19 is not true.”

1. A. COVID-19 is not the same as SARS-CoV-2

This DOH response confuses COVID-19 with SARS-CoV-2.  It is a sad state of affairs that the media handlers of the premier government health body in the country cannot differentiate statements that refer to the actual disease versus suspected causes, including viral pathogens that may cause the disease.

COVID-19 is the disease. SARS-CoV-2 is the virus that supposedly causes the disease.[efn_ note]https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7569573/[/efn_note] CCH never said that the disease does not exist. There is something out there that is killing people, especially the elderly who are the most vulnerable. But the pathogen may not necessarily be SARS-CoV-2. Maybe one day science will show that, indeed, the pathogen of COVID-19 is SARS-CoV-2. But for now, this is not the case.

CCH clearly stated its position on this. The virus (SARS-CoV-2) has not yet been isolated and therefore not proven to exist. There can be other causes for a disease, including iatrogenic or physician-caused diseases and deaths, including doctors prohibiting the use of safe early treatments or regulators suppressing the use of known effective treatments.

There is no science that has conclusively shown that SARS-CoV-2 has been isolated. Even DOH agrees with this. This remains true until today. (For more, see below.)

Covid Call to Humanity (CCH) supported its finding regarding the virus with two scientific facts. First, DOH itself said that it does not have an isolate of SARS-CoV-2. 1.B. CDC has not isolated SARS-CoV-2.

Second, CCH gave proof that even the US CDC, which findings DOH respects, did not isolate the virus. Instead, CDC chose to create, “in silico” or through digital means, a chimera (mixture) of genetic segments. CCH then highlighted the relevant quote from the CDC as follows:

‘Since no quantified virus isolates of the 2019-nCoV are currently available, assays designed for detection of the 2019-nCoV RNA were tested with characterized stocks of in vitro transcribed full-length RNA (N gene; GenBank accession: MN908947.2) of known titer (RNA copies/μL) spiked into a diluent consisting of a suspension of human A549 cells and viral transport medium (VTM) to mimic clinical specimen.’(Emphasis added.)”^[6]Ibid.

In short, since the existence of SARS-CoV-2 has not been demonstrated, CDC constructed a digital version of the virus. This then became the basis, the “positive control” of RT-PCR tests used worldwide, including the Philippines.

DOH chose to ignore this quote from CDC. So now, who is spreading fake news, DOH or CCH? You decide.

2. WHO declared a fake pandemic to scare people to take “Vaccines”.  

Yes, indeed, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 to be a pandemic. However, in a relatively short period of time, scientists and other diligent researchers have shown that the so-called pandemic was not real.

For example, the US CDC itself revealed last September 2020 that 94% of those reported to have died of COVID-19 had co-morbidities. I can give examples after similar examples and I will only have unveiled the tip of this rotten iceberg of a so-called pandemic.

Through these and other criminal structural lies, the WHO pandemic is, in reality, a scamdemic to scare the hell out of people. The WHO, CDC, DOH, and other health and governmental authorities then used the pervasive, long-lasting massive fear that the scamdemic produced, to fool, reward, or coerce people to take the killer bio-weapons, aka vaccines.  And these vaccines are now killing millions and harming hundreds of millions. 3.A. DOH Fake News: RT-PCR Tests are accurate and reliable.

DOH tries to refute CCH with this claim: “The PCR test is being used to detect genetic material from the COVID-19 virus.”

DOH is shooting itself in the foot with this statement. DOH apparently did not read the CCH press release carefully. CCH asked: How can one claim to use genetic material from a virus that has not been isolated? This genetic material could have come from other sources, not necessarily the putative SARS-CoV-2. Other organisms may also share the same genetic material with genetic material from the supposed SARS-CoV-2.

• “Detection of viral RNA may not indicate the presence of infectious virus or that 2019-nCoV is the causative agent for clinical symptoms. (Emphasis added.)
• “The performance of this test has not been established for monitoring treatment of 2019-nCoV infection. (Emphasis just added.)
• “The performance of this test has not been established for screening of blood or blood products for the presence of 2019-nCoV.”

And we are not yet even discussing the problematic use of high cycle threshold (Ct) settings of the RT-PCR test kits themselves. 3.B. CDC: RT-PCR Can’t Distinguish Between Flu Virus and SARS-CoV-2

Here is another further proof of the authenticity of the CDC disclaimer quoted above. This disclaimer, therefore, stigmatizes DOH’s reliance on RT-PCR upon which to base their management of the false pandemic in the Philippines.

CDC issued a “laboratory alert” on 21 July 2021 to all relevant parties. The CDC alert said that authorizations for existing RT-PCR test kits would be revoked after December 31, 2021. Here is the key reason:

“CDC encourages laboratories to consider adoption of a multiplexed method that can facilitate detection and differentiation of SARS-CoV-2 and influenza viruses.”^[11]https://www.cdc.gov/csels/dls/locs/2021/07-21-2021-lab-alert-Changes_CDC_RT-PCR_SARS-CoV-2_Testing_1.html (Emphasis added.)

This is the gigantic tragic result when a key test for SARS-CoV-2 was built around an “in silico” model and not on an actual isolated SARS-CoV-2. So the claim of DOH that the “PCR test is being used to detect genetic material from the COVID-19 virus”, thereby implying the accuracy of the test, is an absolute lie. The test is so inaccurate it cannot even distinguish SARS-CoV-2 from the flu virus. 3.C. DOH lies again; vulnerable to legal challenges before the Ombudsman

In the FOI request that I submitted to DOH on 10 August 2021, I explicitly asked DOH to provide this information:

“3. Documents, lab results, and/or scientific and other communications, demonstrating that said isolate, which has now become the Certified Reference Material (CRM) for the RT-PCR tests, is the isolate of a complete SARS-CoV-2 virus.” (Emphasis added.)^[13]https://covidcalltohumanity.org/2021/08/31/cch-foi-bombshell-doh-admits-no-evidence-sars-cov-2-isolated-yet-government-locked-down-nation-due-to-virus-no-country-has-yet-proven-to-exist/

DOH responded as follows: “We do not have such information as we do not perform Virus Isolation for SARS-CoV-2 in RITM.”^[14]Ibid.

Yet, in trying to refute the press release of Covid Call to Humanity, DOH stated: “Other countries like America have isolated COVID-19 using viral culture. These isolates are being used for research or study to gain a better understanding of COVID-19 and how the latter can be stopped.”^[15]Ibid.

With this statement, DOH is caught lying. They infer that they have scientific information to enable them to make the claim that other countries have “isolated COVID-19 using viral culture”.  Yet, in their response to the Perlas FOI, they said that they “do not have such information”.

This lie will make DOH vulnerable to legal cases filed against them before the Ombudsman. The latter independent constitutional body makes sure that government institutions respond to FOI requests on a timely, transparent, and truthful basis.

4. DOH Fake News: Other Countries have isolated SARS-CoV-2

Meanwhile, pending a case to be filed before the Ombudsman, CCH is now exposing the lack of scientific sophistication at the DOH with its statement that other countries have “isolated COVID-19”.

Answer: ‘[We show] an image of sedimented virus particles, not purified ones.’
From these comments, the investigative journalists come to this conclusion.

“Thus, the authors of four of the principal, early 2020 papers claiming discovery of a new coronavirus concede they had no proof that the origin of the virus genome was viral-like particles or cellular debris, pure or impure, or particles of any kind. In other words, the existence of SARS-CoV-2 RNA is based on faith, not fact.” (Emphasis added.)

The comment of the scientist in “Study 2” above is particularly damaging to the DOH response to the CCH press release. That scientist said: “we do not purify and concentrate the virus cultured in cells.’ He is saying that a virus cultured in cells is not purified. This statement reveals that DOH claim of viral isolation using “viral culture” is false. It has no scientific basis because viral cultures do not equate to isolation in the sense being discussed in the FOI.

Besides the DOH scientists at RITM clearly state that Koch’s postulate, the gold standard in pathogen isolation, was not used in obtaining the isolate. Here is DOH’s language regarding this question of isolation.

“Ethically, it is not appropriate or acceptable to inoculate a healthy individual with a virus such as SARS-CoV-2 and check for the development of COVID-19, to satisfy Koch’s postulates. Therefore, it is probably impossible to get any actual data on experiments that involve this.”

Interestingly, DOH then goes on to claim that the virus was isolated and sequenced, in direct contradiction to what DOH just said about the likely impossibility of isolation following Koch’s postulates. DOH just assumes SARS-CoV-2 was isolated by fiat of its own belief without providing a shred of evidence to back up its claims. This is obviously a non-scientific claim to buttress DOH’s belief that the “positive control” primers used in its approved RT-PCR tests are genuine parts of a virus that clearly no scientist has isolated and accurately characterized.

By the way, the DOH statement above regarding ethics is hollow and revolting. 5.A. Another DOH Fake News: Covid Vaccines are safe and Effective

DOH’s mantra from the beginning of its vaccine rollout is this. The vaccines are safe and effective. This is easily the biggest and most dangerous of all the lies of DOH. It also predisposes DOH to kill more Filipinos way into the future. The vaccines were never designed to stop infection and transmission. Over the months, I have written about the dangers of the vaccine.  Knowing now what research and science is showing, I explicitly warn all those who have taken the killer shot.

5.B. Three Killer Mechanisms of Vaccines

Please do not show your ignorance regarding the vaccines. Please do not gloat and tell others that nothing happened to you and/or that nothing will happen to you. As surely as night follows day, you have a high probability of dying from your killer shot.

Please familiarize yourself with these three killer mechanisms, among a number of others:

A. ADE. Antibody-Dependent Enhancement (ADE) plagues all coronavirus vaccines. ADE will slowly but surely kill you within 6 months to 5 years depending on the strength of your immune system. All previous coronavirus trials, since 2002/2003, severely injured and killed the vast majority of test animals. B. TSP. Toxic spike proteins are contained in all vaccines. In one form or another, toxic spike proteins, contrary to claims of doctors promoting the covid vaccines, will spread out over your entire body. They can also cause deaths.

Dr. Charles Hoffe of Canada has demonstrated that micro-blood clotting results shortly after taking these vaccines. These can be discovered by a special test, the D-Dimer test. He found out that 62% of his vaccinated patients who took the D-Dimer test had positive results for micro clotting of the blood. C. SIMA or Self-Inflicted mRNA Attack. If both ADE and toxic spike proteins do not get you, then the mRNA vaccines of Pfizer and Moderna and the DNA vaccines of AstraZeneca and Johnson and Johnson surely will. All these vaccines will turn your body into an automatic manufacturing plant for toxic spike proteins. 6. Make it a habit to fact check DOH.

DOH warned its FB followers. “Make it a habit to fact check. Believe only in legitimate sources.” Based on what we all have seen above, I would turn this around and say the following.  

Make it a habit to fact-check DOH. They are a prolific source of fake news. We can only recover from these multi-dimensional attacks once we start having greater confidence in our own capacity to discover and defend the truth. A Plea to the Vaccinated

I would like to end this response to the DOH with these thoughts.

If there are among you, the vaccinated, who are now regretting having taken the killer shot, I am sorry to say that, currently, there are no proven methods that can save your lives.

Yes, it is true. There are some treatments that may help: Ivermectin, HCQ, quercetin, suramin, shikimate, Vitamins C and D3, Zinc, and so on.^[32]https://covidcalltohumanity.org/2021/07/31/got-vaccinated-and-regretting-it-ways-to-cope-part-1/ Even if effective against relatively smaller does of toxic spike proteins, all these have to still scientifically demonstrate their power against the massive amounts of toxic spike proteins that your vaccinated body is now continuously producing.

While scientists and others are trying to find a more robust antidote to the bio-weapons that you have injected and are manufacturing inside yourself, there may be a way out for all those who are a strong spiritual lifestyle.

Pray and pray really hard that God or the Divine Source, that created you, will heal you totally. While this seems impossible for ordinary mortals like us, with God, nothing is impossible. Miraculous cures can happen and will happen.

It is a time of great awakening all over the planet, awakening to who we really are as humans. Incredible manifestations of higher potentials in humans are starting to express themselves globally in various ways.

May this greatest threat to human life and human civilization be the trigger for all of us to evolve to our higher possibilities.  

This is not an empty aspiration. In the near future, I hope to demonstrate this scientifically. For this, dear readers is that ultimate call to humanity and the true call of covid to humanity.
