Philippine Senators File Bill to Make Health Passports Mandatory
The document attached below is the text of Senate Bill No. 2422 which seeks to amend RA 11525 and to establish a health passport system in the Philippines. The bill was introduced by Senators Pia S. Cayetano, Franklin M. Drilon, Sonny Angara, Grace Poe, Win Gatchalian, Imee R. Marcos and Christopher Bong Go.
According to the bill, “A Vaccine and Health Passport Program can help facilitate COVID-19 immunization and future immunization programs by allowing the State to track who has been vaccinated”. The bill also states that through this passport system, the State can “facilitate its COVID-19 and future immunization programs against vaccine-preventable diseases”.
The bill was filed on September 29, 2021, and is currently pending for Second Reading.

RA 11525 explicitly said that vaccine cards should not be used as an additional requirement for accessing services. There is a reason for this: the vaccines are experimental. Has the COVID vaccines’ experimental nature been changed warranting the overrule of the provision guaranteeing that people will not be forced to take these “vaccines”? Will the government allow exemptions to vaccination, and will they include natural immunity, religious and personal reasons as exemptions? Or will this be like all the other COVID policies where no redress will be given to citizens but to follow “government policy”?

Do our senators know of these facts? Or are they blind to the truth? Who will be left to fight for the rights of citizens to medical freedom and self-sovereignty?

I just want to share the information that the Senate Bill 2321 recognizes the use of PCR test that is becoming obsolete because of inconsistent results. The CDC of the US knows this already:

Thank you! Even as the US has already stopped the use of PCR tests, our own government is re-launching the use of testing, hence fueling the omicron scare. As long as people remain blind to the reality that the new variants are becoming more mild, our government will continue to exploit testing to keep our societies in control.
As per PSA covid confirmed death as of March 2021 reached 13,000+ and from March 2021 vaccinations starts to Nov 2021 death has reached 55,000+ a substantial increase that proves the inefficiency of the introduced vaccines. Why pursue something that was proven fatal?
Well, we think it’s because they don’t see the “vaccines” as fatal because they’re not doing autopsies, nor is there an active pharmacovigilance system. What we have in the Philippines is a passive, self-reporting system which is often inaccessible since it is attached to the FDA website.
Body autonomy. Period. As I believe this hoax pandemic is a ploy to control humanity, I consider anyone enforcing this pandemic measures as agents of tyranny.
