In an October 14, 2021 article published in GMA News Online, Joviland Rita reported that Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) spokesperson Undersecretary Jonathan Malaya reminded establishments to look at customers’ vaccination cards as NCR shifts to Alert Level 3.

According to the report, starting October 16 to 31, alert Level 3 will be enforced over the National Capital Region (NCR). Under Alert Level 3, several establishments will operate at 30% indoor venue capacity for fully vaccinated individuals only and 50% outdoor venue capacity, with an additional requirement that all employees are fully inoculated.

Also, Malaya stated that the government would have a “grand launch” of the digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate system by the end of October.

Editor’s Note: This vaccination card is not just a Philippine initiative since this is already happening in some parts of the world. Most of us who have been following how the events unfold globally know that the Philippines would follow suit because we could see that the country’s leaders are merely adhering to a blueprint and timeline.

Every policy the authorities are saying mirrors what is happening in developed countries (except probably for the comical face shield), but other non-pharmaceutical interventions up to the suppression of economical alternative treatments are all mimicry. It seems the Department of Health has relied so often upon what is being imposed from above. Who is making these impositions? That’s what we crave to know.

RA 11525 states that a vaccination card shall not be considered an additional mandatory requirement for educational, employment, and other government transaction purposes. Why does the vaccination card now become imperative for people to go to work? Why the need for proof of vaccination to allow people to move and commune with peers and family? And to add to that, mandating all the employees to be fully vaccinated? It doesn’t add up, the RA 11525 is clearly violated, or is there a backdoor to this?

Even the Department of Labor and Employment declared that no vaccine or work policy is illegal, but why does the IATF’s new Alert System include coercive pressure to inject every employee? Who is accountable if the employee suffers from severe adverse events (SAEs)? How to go through the indemnity fund, when an individual is injured by the injection? What are the documents needed to justify the injury caused by the jab? But even with all this, if you are injured, the covid injection damage is irreversible. Does the government know this? They have immunity from the liabilities; what’s in it for the vaccinated?

These are a few factors you have to remember:

1. The covid-19 injection is not comparable to previous vaccines. Covid-19 carries an insignificant infection fatality rate (IFR) lower than flu and an average survival rate of 99.98%, which the COVID jab was purportedly designed to prevent but failed. 2. Covid injections have already injured millions, including death. And despite these injuries not being reported by the mainstream media, statistics don’t lie. However, studies have determined the dangers of these experimental covid doses are irreversible. 3. Our immune system is phenomenal and can fight any disease; it is 27x more robust than the peddled immunity these vaccines promise; why do governments push people so hard to vaccinate?
