Mandatory vaccination, now in the Philippines
In a social media post last week, a vendor at the Legazpi Sunday Market (a regular Sunday market hosted in Makati, Philippines) posted that they will be attending their last market day. They then posted the following memo to explain their decision:
It is clear from this memo that the new alert levels instituted in Metro Manila are not just for lockdowns, they also include a mandate for vaccination. Moreover, the “Safety Seal” recognition given to businesses has included full vaccination as a requirement.
We post this information on our website to alert all employers and employees that this practice is illegal. Section 12 of the Republic Act 11525 explicitly states: “the vaccine cards shall not be considered as an additional mandatory requirement for educational, employment, and other similar government transactions”. This letter from the management of the Legazpi Sunday Market is in clear violation of this law.
If indeed, the new alert levels of the IATF include a mandate for vaccination, then this should be made public. The basis of such a mandate must also be revealed publicly. Hence, the decision to vaccinate or not must be made only by the individual in consultation with his or her doctor. The government has no business mandating vaccination.
How many other organizations have forced their employees to take the vaccine? If we base it on the memo above, all businesses and organizations that have the “Safety Seal” are accomplices to the systemic violation of our right to self-govern. They hope that more businesses will be complicit in this illegal act, hence lending legitimacy to the government’s illegal policies. Can you see now how our governments are willing to disregard our rights, and the law, just to sell these “vaccines”?
If the issue of non-vaccination is simply due to freedom, then we understand that some people may not be ready to fight for their own rights. But it isn’t. The issue goes way beyond that. People need to see the evidence of the many lies that have already been told us, and the underlying agenda behind this whole scamdemic. These vaccines are deadly.
