Denmark to suspend its general COVID vaccine program

In this April 16, 2022 article, The Local reports that Denmark will halt its COVID vaccination program.

According to Bolette Søborg, director of the Danish Health Authority’s Department of Infectious Diseases, the country has the epidemic in control, which enables them to wind down the mass vaccination program against COVID-19.

Søborg adds that a professional assessment of who and when to vaccinate, and with which vaccines will be conducted by the health authority before they reopen the vaccination program in autumn.

Denmark has previously rejected booster shots for those under 18 years, as well as a second booster shot for specific groups. In an earlier announcement, the health authority said that the decision to not offer booster shots to those under 18 was due to the “high immunity in the group resulting from previous vaccination and infection with the coronavirus”.1https://www.thelocal.dk/20220211/denmark-drops-covid-19-booster-jabs-for-under-18s-due-to-existing-immunity/

Editor’s Note: Denmark’s decision to wind down its vaccination program is expected, what with the numerous new researches showing that the vaccines are harmful and useless against COVID [see Big study from Japan shows no difference in viral load between boosted, vaccinated, unvaccinated, Major study finds COVID shots increase risk of heart inflammation up to 120 fold, Peer-reviewed study confirms mRNA COVID jabs dangerous, suppress innate immune system, Martin Kuldorff: Have People Been Given the Wrong Vaccine?, Study: Teens with vaccine-induced myocarditis experienced persistent heart abnormalities].

And while there is a plan to reinstate the vaccination plan in autumn, we are happy to hear that it would not be a universal vaccination program. We hope that the logical and scientific coming from Denmark will continue as this will become a precedent for other countries to wind down their own vaccination program.

We think that the Philippines can now end its mass vaccination program, given the high vaccination rate in many areas, the low case and death rates, and the high natural immunity.
