In order to write this article, Politico journalists from the US and Europe, and the German newspaper Welt, interviewed four dozen US and European top-tier health officials to understand how four organizations, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (Gates Foundation), GAVI the Vaccine Alliance, the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness and Innovations (CEPI), and Wellcome Trust, dominated the worldwide COVID response.

The article says that they had focused on these four organizations because of their interconnections. GAVI and CEPI had received funding from the Gates Foundation. Meanwhile, all four have played critical roles in advising governments and the World Health Organization (WHO).

The investigation, which took seven months to complete, had six important takeaways:

1. Four organizations have spent almost $10 billion on Covid since 2020.
2. The organizations collectively gave $1.4 billion to the WHO, a significantly greater amount than most other official member states. This has enabled them to increase their clout with the WHO and become trusted partners in the creation and distribution of Covid-19 tools.
3. The leaders of these organizations had unprecedented access to the highest levels of government, spending at least $8.3 million to lobby lawmakers and officials in the US and Europe.
4. Officials from the US and EU, and representatives from the World Health Organization (WHO) rotated through these four organizations as employees.
5. Working with the WHO, the four groups played a central role in the project called Access to Covid-19 Tools Accelerator (ACT-A) which focused on securing and delivering tests, treatments, and vaccine doses to low- and middle-income countries in the world. ACT-A missed its delivery goals in 2021 but leaders of the four organizations insist that “the global response would have been poorer and far more fragmented without it”.
6. The leaders of these four organizations maintained opposed the lifting of intellectual property rights which would have enabled countries to locally produce Covid vaccines at much lower costs.

Several public health experts are now questioning the “outsourcing [of] the pandemic response to unelected, privately-funded groups” which held no accountability for the decisions they had made. The Politico and Welt investigation that ACT-A had no transparency in how they spent the money they had raised.

Editor’s Note: This article is important because it shows us Bill Gates (and his globalist friends) are taking over institutions and governments. On one hand, shows us how money and massive lobbying have enabled the Gates Foundation (in particular) to gain influence within health agencies of the entire world. On the other, the article has also made it clear that the money being poured by these organizations into “their” global Covid response is not theirs – it was collected from governments who had fallen into deep debt in order to gain access to the failed Covid tools that these organizations control.

If you have ever wondered why all our governments were utilizing one-size-fits-all solutions, then this is the answer. Governments no longer bothered to look at other alternative solutions to COVID because they had relied heavily on the four organizations to chart the entire Covid response, which, as expected, relied heavily on Big Pharma products.

Despite the billions of funding from governments, ACT-A has not made investments in improving health services on the ground. To date, countries have not developed the resilience (and intelligence!) to deal with increases in Covid cases. The reason for this is simple. If ACT-A empowered countries to act on their own, then there is no reason for it to exist. The continued dependence of countries on ACT-A and the unquestioned belief that the Gates Foundation can adequately organize the world to respond to pandemics are crucial for their plan to dominate the world.

This article shows us that he dares to make such a proposal because he has already built the “infrastructure” which ensures that governments will follow suit. New pandemics are going to be necessary to galvanize Gates’ reputation as the savior of the world. Now the question is: how will they ensure that new pandemics will emerge? The answer is: they will need to create it.
