Chairman of 6,000-strong Tokyo Medical Association supports giving Ivermectin to patients

8

The following is an excerpt of an emergency press conference led by the Tokyo Medical Association, which is one of the largest medical associations in Japan with a membership of 6,000 doctors. It was held last August 13, 2021, days after the end of the Tokyo Olympics 2020, and in the middle of the surge in COVID cases in Japan.

In the one-minute video attached below, Dr. Haruo Ozaki shared the data from Africa where countries distributing Ivermectin as an anti-parasite drug had much lower COVID infections and deaths. He adds, “when we have all these elements, we cannot say that Ivermectin is absolutely not effective”. He says that it is of course necessary to get informed consent from patients before administering Ivermectin, but he states, “I think we are in a situation where we can afford to give them this treatment”.

Editor’s Note: This video is significant because this is the first time that a high-level official of a national health organization has endorsed the use of Ivermectin. We need to reiterate, however, that Dr. Ozaki is not alone in his position. Many other doctors have already started using Ivermectin in their COVID treatment protocols and are receiving good results [see India’s Uttar Pradesh moving towards being covid-free, Ivermectin central to virus control, Ivermectin wins in court again, FLCCC meta-review on the efficacy of Ivermectin as prophylaxis and treatment of COVID-19, now published in a journal, WHO-sponsored preliminary review indicates Ivermectin effectiveness, Ivermectin: Another drug proven to treat COVID-19, Evidence shows that Ivermectin can prevent and treat COVID-19].

The data speaks for itself: it is time to use Ivermectin if we truly want to save lives.

    1. There are several sources, most overseas. If you know a veterinarian, they can prescribe it, but showing it for an animal. The biggest thing is dosage level is correct.
