I have done significant research by gathering information from the Philippines Official Vital Statistics. website. I have gone back over 20 years and discovered it is very normal for over 100 Thousand+ people to die every year from Contagious Respiratory Infections, Tuberculosis, & Pneumonia. Additionally it is very common for another 100 Thousand+ to die of UNKNOWN causes every year. At no time period during my research did I ever discover any action by the Philippines government from any agency being overly concerned or investigating WHY so many people were dying from UNKNOWN causes. In 2018 there were over 178 Thousand deaths from UNKNOWN Causes! This past Vital Statistics report from 2019-2020 shows a significant drop in deaths from Pneumonia, Tuberculosis, Respiratory infections and UNKNOWN causes. The interesting thing is the total 20 months report for supposed Covid Deaths is nearly EXACTLY the total Reductions seen in the Pneumonia, TB, Respiratory Infections and UNKNOWN causes. It appears to be the first time in over 20 years that this has ever happened. THE BIG REVEAL is the total yearly deaths are NOT increasing. My big question is, SHOULDN’T TOTAL YEARLY DEATHS BE RISING, ESPECIALLY IF WE ARE EXPERIENCING THE WORLDS WORST VIRUS? Something STINKS. It looks like Creative Accounting, also known as FRAUD. Yes, the laws apply for you too. 🙂 We know of a couple (Filipina wife and a foreigner husband) who have used these forms and were successful at getting themselves released from quarantine.

Being foreigner with a Filipina wife I understand the law also applies to me. But I am not familiar with the process of the mentioned documents. E.g. the Grave coercion form for Executive orders, what is be filled in where and is this form to be given to e.g the shop owner, the entry guard, is it to be signed by a lawyer and sent to the Prosecutor of the Justice Department? And who gets any copies?

It all depends on where you are experiencing grave coercion. For example, for some employees, they would first issue the refusal forms (refusal to vaccinate and refusal to take the antigen testing) and supporting docs (RA 11525, DOLE memo) to their HR. Sometimes it no longer progresses to the next level because employers don’t want the liability of a law suit. If the employer insists, then it will become a court case.

We haven’t created one for airlines because we were focusing on employees at the moment. Rest assured, we will raise this concern with our lawyers.
Is there a law against discrimination e.g. when a merchant offers discounts or priority to fully vaccinated persons ?
Hmm… this is a good question Mart! We’ll check with our lawyers when they finally get to breathe from the amount of papers and processing they must now do following the IATF 148-B resolution.
