In this Substack, Dr. Robert Malone discusses the updates implemented by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to the International Classification of Diseases (with the modifications referred to as ICD-CM).

According to Malone, the new ICD codes are no longer “based on disease or illness, but are based on COVID-19 vaccination status”. As of January 2023, these codes are available to all clinics and hospitals in the US.

Malone goes on to discuss why people should be concerned about these new codes, and how these can be used to pave the way for a widescale vaccination passport system.
