Against All Mandatory Vaccinations

Urges the Commission on Human Rights To Condemn Mandatory Vaccinations

The Philippine Resistance Against Covid Tyranny (PRACT) protested today against all mandatory vaccinations, especially for teenagers. It also urged the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) to issue a public statement condemning mandatory vaccinations as a violation of human rights. PRACT convened at the Quezon Memorial Circle, signed their Manifesto, marched to the Commission on Human Rights (CHR), and handed their letter to CHR.

“Mandatory vaccinations are illegal. It violates Article III, Section 1, of the Constitution, Section 12 of RA 11525 and constitutes ‘grave coercion’, considered a criminal act punishable by imprisonment under Article 286 of the Revised Penal Code”[efn_note]https://covidcalltohumanity.org/2021/10/18/nicanor-perlas-asks-the-duterte-government-to-cease-and-desist-extreme-and-unscientific-covid-policies/[/efn_note], said Nicanor Perlas, a co-convener and spokesperson for PRACT.

“In addition, these experimental vaccines are dangerous. As of 07 November 2021, the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA), reported 1,409 deaths and 73,281 adverse injuries, of which 3,601 were serious, and 2,350 re-infections,”[efn_note]https://www.fda.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/Reports-of-suspected-adverse-reaction-to-COVID-19-vaccines-as-of-07-November-2021.pdf[/efn_note], continued Perlas, Chief Researcher and Head of Covid Call to Humanity, a Filipino-based global information network. A study of 185 nations has shown that the most vaccinated countries had the most deaths from COVID-19[efn_note]https://covidcalltohumanity.org/2021/11/06/worldwide-data-from-185-nations-prove-the-highest-we-are-now-in-a-pandemic-of-the-vaccinated/[/efn_note].

PRACT asserted that COVID-19, while killing the elderly and vulnerable, is not as deadly as the Department of Health, government agencies and media would like the public to believe. It is more like flu easily conquered by peoples’ natural immune system. Scientific studies have shown that the human immune system is 2700% more protective than vaccine-induced immunity[efn_note]https://covidcalltohumanity.org/2021/09/02/immune-system-has-27x-more-protective-power-than-vaccines-case-for-covid-vaccine-passports-demolished/[/efn_note].

The country had no excess deaths in 2020 due to COVID-19, a sure indicator the country had no epidemic. According to US CDC, the young have a survival rate of 99.997%[efn_note]https://covidcalltohumanity.org/2020/09/28/cdc-updates-planning-scenarios-shows-ifr-lower-than-flu/[/efn_note]. Yet, the government is running after them to inject them with vaccines that have already killed millions worldwide”, lamented Perlas.

Furthermore, safe treatments including Ivermectin are available but suppressed by government”, explained Perlas. “We are creating a real epidemic of the vaccinated. The vaccinated still get infected, hospitalized and die from the disease. They are also super spreaders of the disease. 1. Forced vaccination as a requirement for employment is discrimination and blackmail. What if a person cannot get vaccinated due to serious pre existing conditions? Should he go unemployed even if he excels in his duties? Isn’t the government responsible for his being unemployed because they discriminated him/her? Should he be relegated to poverty level because the government discriminated him?

2. Unvaccinated people cannot eat indoors or be entertained in establishments that are only for vaccinated people. Well, excuse me!!, vaccinated people can get the virus/can infect other people, and can also die of the covid virus. Why can’t they just require everyone to wear a masks and penalize those who don’t. Vaccinated or not. If they want to revive the economy, get everyone to particpate in all the activities and events. Just enforce heavy restrictions, that is all.

3. These vaccines are for emergency use. Clinical trials are still underway for long term side effects of these vaccines. What if, what if, the results of the long term side effects are grave and many people that have had it will suffer. Who will take responsibility?

4. Why do we have many vaccines with different percentage of effectiveness and the government is forcing people to just get the vaccine whatever it is, just get vaccinated. The vaccines of long ago, measles, smallpox, polio, cholera, typhoid, were 100% effective, these vaccines that are being forced on us have limited effectiveness as short as six months. If you want to go to U.K., and the States, Sinovac is not honored. Indian made Astra is not honored in U..K. and you find that out after you get the vaccine and you are all ready to travel. These are all vague.

5. Some people have died days after getting the vaccine. My relative died three days after getting the vaccine. The authorities are not investigating these incidences at all, on the contrary, they deny that the vaccine caused it. How can they deny when many have died.
