Judge orders man to get COVID-injection or face detention
In an August 9, 2021 article published by CNN, Kay Jones and Amanda Watts reported that an Ohio judge ordered a man convicted of drug possession to receive an experimental COVID injection or otherwise go to jail.
The decision stunned the convict’s lawyer because the judge’s decision was tantamount to a forced medical procedure. The lawyer said they will wait until the 60 days are up to see what the judge does before requesting a hearing or filing any opposition to the order.
Editor’s Note: When was it ever legal to force a person to take a medical intervention they didn’t want or need? Even convicted felons have human rights too. Will the courts become a pawn in this COVID scamdemic?
