- Meanwhile, not satisfied with the scamdemic imposed on the Filipino people by the national government, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) borrowed $15.5 billion (approximately half a trillion pesos or more) for more covid-related expenses. Not content with destroying 75% of our economy, the national government now wants to further burden the country with more debts.
