According to Barnes, Pfizer has sought to dismiss Jackson’s case against the company, using the defense: “Yeah, maybe we lied. But even if we did, it doesn’t matter because some high-ranking government people were in on the lie.”

With the lawsuit, Barnes says that they are entitled to discovery which means that they will be able to examine important documents related to the challenge.

It was easy for vaccine manufacturers to “rely” on the FDA to decide on the “safety and efficacy” of the vaccine for a number of reasons.
