Why Should You Pushback Against the “No Vax, No Ride” Policy?

2

Why do we need to push back against the no, vax, no ride policy? Well, aside from the fact that it is unconstitutional, it has no scientific basis [see What are the Constitutional and Scientific Bases for Restricting Movements of Vaccine-Free Citizens when COVID-19 Infects Anyone Regardless of Vaccination Status?].

One thing we want to highlight in this FAQ is that the no vax, no ride policy is stemming from the false belief that unvaccinated individuals are a public health hazard.

From the start of the pandemic, there was a considerable study debunking the asymptomatic transmission. There is no such thing as asymptomatic transmission as this large study conducted in Wuhan, China where the virus was touted to have originated proves that.

COVID has an almost zero percent chance of asymptomatic transfer.

That COVID has a less than one percent chance of asymptomatic transfer among individuals living together within the same household.

Meta-study proving flawed methodology of asymptomatic spread.

US Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) admits crushing rights of naturally immune without proof they transmit the virus.

“…to date, there has been no documented asymptomatic transmission.”

With their narrative to protect the unvaccinated why they need to be restricted, authorities have also utilized police power to implement this rule.

Are the unvaccinated possess the same danger as the criminals? Why do we need police powers for that?

We challenge the Department of Health to prove that we, the vaccine-free, the covid-recovered are the carriers of COVID-19 and its variants.

May we remind DOH of hundreds of scientific evidence demonstrating that natural immunity is more robust than any other vaccine-induced immunity it continues to advertise.

Maybe, LGU should look at its guidelines again, including listing down the names of those who have not taken the jab.

Which former Senate President Koko Pimentel denounces and calls listing is shaming.

What we understand about all these restrictions is putting vaccine-free in the precipice where they would be coerced to take the jab rather than go home empty-handed and sleep hungry. Nevertheless, is the government ready for the repercussion of all of this?

We have to reiterate that vaccine-free citizens are not threats to public health. DOH has to prove that we are, and we can prove to them that vaccinated and those who have taken the booster shots are equally, if not more dangerous to our society today in terms of covid transmission.
