The court order said that Medicare and Medicaid had no authority to enact the vaccine mandate for providers that participate in these two programs.

The court injunction covers health care workers in Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming.

Editor’s Note: This is another blow to Biden’s federal vaccine mandate, and is another bullet in our arsenal for fighting against mandatory vaccination.

This is also proof that governments are making all efforts to pass an irrational vaccine mandate. If only all governments were this “hardworking” when it comes to pushing for early treatment and educating people about healthy lifestyles, then the COVID panic would have subsided already. But no, this kind of effort is reserved only for COVID vaccines.

Which makes us think: why are governments partial to vaccines? Why are they bending rules to get everyone vaccinated?
