Experts: US-funded lab helped Chinese Army’s bioterrorism program

The following article by Dr. Joseph Mercola was published on May 5, 2021. It summarized a documentary created by investigative journalist Sheryl Attkisson who looked into the origin of SARS-CoV-2 in connection with the US-China gain-of-function research on coronaviruses.

Attkisson presents the research of Dr. Peter Breggin who offers several pieces of evidence documenting Dr. Anthony Fauci’s involvement with the Chinese Communist and its military. Breggin also presents 15 questionable activities that Fauci is engaged in, and he asserts that Fauci’s funding of the gain-of-function research on bat coronaviruses allowed the CCP to create bioweapons, including the SARS-CoV-2.

Mercola also goes on to review several other sources that offer the same conclusions as Dr. Breggin. Some of these sources include a March 30, 2021 article by journalist Josh Robin’s which was published by the Washington Post, David Asher, former lead investigator of the US State Department task force which looked into the origins of the SARS-CoV-2 who went on record to state that the Wuhan Insitute of Virology (WIV) was running a biological weapons program, and an April 25, 2021, article by Ian Burrell reported on new clues suggesting that the WIV helped the Chinese army find animal viruses.

Mercola closes this article by asserting that gain-of-function research must end. He says, “The same establishment that is drumming up panic by warning of the emergence of new, more infectious and dangerous variants are also busy creating them. They just never tell you about that part. Already, scientists have figured out a way to mutate SARS-CoV-2 such that it evades human antibodies. Were this mutated virus to ever get out, we’d be in quite a pickle”.

Despite the confusion surrounding the origin of SARS-CoV-2, we know for certain that there is no significant threat to the strains currently circulating the world. For most normal people, this is the most important information we must remember.

But let’s not forget that in February 2021, a lab created a SARS-CoV-2 variant that can bypass acquired immunity from natural infection [see Lab just made a more dangerous SARS-CoV-2 strain]. Let’s not allow ourselves to be manipulated again in believing that such a strain can emerge naturally and that our immune system has no capacity to neutralize it.
