The Worst Global Food Crisis In Modern History Is About To Get Worse

In this September 20, 2023 article for The Economic Collapse, Michael Snyder talks about the worsening food crisis. Millions worldwide are suffering from hunger, with an alarming rise in chronic hunger to 735 million people in 2022, and an estimated 2.4 billion facing moderate to severe food insecurity. Crop failures are contributing to this crisis.

India, the world’s largest rice exporter, is facing catastrophic rice crop damage due to flooding, causing concerns about global food inflation and food shortages for billions relying on rice. Somalia is also experiencing acute malnutrition in 50% of children under five due to drought and conflict. Western nations are seeing longer lines at food banks, and increasing food prices.

This global food crisis is expected to worsen due to long-term trends, raising concerns about future food shortages and hunger.

Editor’s Note: The globalists are now using this food crisis to push more of their profit-making agenda: lab-grown meat, GMO seeds, Net Zero, and possibly later on, climate lockdowns.

As we read this article, we are reminded of this quote by Henry Kissinger: “Who controls the food supply controls the people; who controls the energy can control whole continents; who controls money can control the world.” If you have been reading our website since 2020, then you know that they are now in the last stages of enacting control over the entire world.

But there is hope for us Filipinos. As long as we remain in control of our food supply, we can have control over ourselves. Perhaps now is the time to go back to sustainable farming and gardening practices as the first step to reclaiming our liberty.
