A permanent constitutional convention of the Philippines people must be called and organized, which has the proper power and authority to repeal all plandemic ‘legislation’ under RA 6735: all legislation and executive initiative must be controlled with obligatory referendums organized by a power independent of legislative, executive and judiciary. Administrative abuse of power and of right must be ended and abuse by ANY unaccountable international organization be prevented. Otherwise the Philippines will become the showcase of ‘successful’ totalitarian developmental state for the rest of the developing world. Only constituent power can stop this now.
While this can be true, the reality is that it is challenging to trust our government officials to handle a constitutional convention at this time. It is problematic, considering that there is widespread ignorance of the totalitarian impact of the Bayanihan law. It is more likely that the con-con will only serve to expand this totalitarian regime.
