This February 14, 2022 article published by Epoch Times, Zachary Stieber reports on the next steps in a lawsuit filed by a whistleblower against Pfizer and two other companies that performed the clinical trial of Pfizer’s COVID vaccine, Ventavia, and ICON.

According to the report, Brook Jackson filed a False Claims Act Suit against the three companies and has recently been unsealed after the US Department of Justice declined to intervene on her behalf. [Jackson was featured in the article Whistleblower Working for Company Testing Pfizer COVID Vaccines Says Company Falsified Data, Engaged in Questionable Research Practices].

However, despite the government’s decision, Jackson’s resolve has not waned. In an interview with Epoch Times, she said, “We’re going to pursue the case without the help of the government…[The odds of success aren’t good, but] it’s just a chance I have to take. I just feel like somebody has to be held accountable.”

Editor’s Note: Why isn’t the US government interested in ensuring that Pfizer’s clinical data is genuinely beyond reproach? Is it afraid of discovering that Jackson’s claims are true?
