IATF, Supreme Court Sued Over Mandatory COVID Jabs

admin, December 9, 2021December 9, 2021

In this December 8, 2021 article for Manila Times, Jomar Canlas reports on a complaint lodged against the Supreme Court and the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) in connection with the implementation of mandatory COVID vaccination for on-site workers.

In a 70-page petition, Kathryn Joy Hautea-Nuñez, clerk of court for the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 198 in Las Piñas City, asked the Manila Regional Trial Court to declare as void IATF’s recent resolution on mandatory vaccination.

According to Hautea-Nuñez, the IATF resolution placed her under pressure as ” other vaccinated court employees tried to ‘encourage'[her] to be vaccinated”.

Editor’s Note: We are happy to see these kinds of initiatives emanating from various individuals who have decided to fight for their freedoms. Bringing these complaints to courts will enable our justice system to assess the available evidence of what we have been saying since 2020: that there is no health emergency due to COVID, that there are available treatments for COVID, that vaccines are unnecessary, and vaccine mandates are illegal and unconstitutional.

We send our good thoughts to Kathryn Joy, and we wish her success in this new endeavor. Her success is our success too, so let’s support her in any way we can.

We enjoin everyone to utilize the available legal resources on this website if you too would like to assert your right to choose for yourself and your families. Only when you fight for your freedoms will be able to put an end to this medical martial law.

I am now in the process of filing a class lawsuit action against this administration for violating our personal sovereignty over this EXPERIMENTAL vaccines being forced on the unvaccinated which violates the 1947 Nuremberg Code. I need additional plaintiffs so I could meet the sufficient number that is representative of a large class group affected with similar complaint.
