Lisbon court rules only 152 or 0.9% of 17,000 ‘verified deaths’ died of COVID
In this June 23, 2021 report by Mordechai Sones for America’s Frontline Doctors, he cites a recent court ruling which slashed the total number of deaths due to COVID deaths in Portugal. According to the ruling, the verified number of COVID deaths from January 2020 to April 2021 in Portugal is 152, not about 17,000 as declared by government ministries. All the “others” died WITH a positive PCR test but their deaths were brought about by other causes.
This means that only 0.95% of the COVID deaths in Portugal were actually DUE to COVID. Sones comments, “If these figures are of the same order of magnitude for other countries as well, and there is no reason to assume otherwise, then the plague is a deception of unprecedented proportions and crimes committed against humanity on a huge scale has been committed here”.

Editor’s Note: This landmark ruling is the second from the Lisbon court which also declared in November 2020 that PCR tests were unreliable [see Portuguese court rules PCR tests as unreliable and unlawful to quarantine people].
This ruling drives home a point we have been repeating since last year. The lack of distinction between deaths DUE TO COVID and deaths WITH COVID gave the impression that this was a deadly disease when it is not [infection fatality rate for COVID is low, even for at-risk populations, see CDC updates planning scenarios, shows IFR lower than flu]. All the financial incentives for declaring COVID deaths have only made the misreporting worse [In the Philippines, this misreporting is most apparent in the data from our statistics agency, read Was There Really an Epidemic? and PSA data on deaths shows government either manipulating us or covering up their mistake].
These fraudulent practices of declaring non-COVID deaths as a COVID death have recently been uncovered with research showing that hospitals have been over-counting the number of children hospitalized FOR COVID-19 [see New researches suggest number of kids hospitalized for COVID is over counted]. Children who come to the hospital for other diseases who test positive for the virus are considered “hospitalized due to covid” when COVID wasn’t the real reason for their hospital attendance. In the same way, the practice of testing all deaths and suspending autopsies have led to the overestimation of deaths [to understand this better, read Lessons we can learn from COVID-19 autopsies and Why Russia has a very low COVID-19 death rate].
In the case of vaccines, health regulatory agencies implement a double standard. While they consider tests after 28 days of a positive test as a “COVID death”, deaths occurring one week after vaccination is no longer considered as vaccine-induced deaths [read When it comes to vaccines, “from vs. with” matters again to learn more]. Also, the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention have implemented a much lower cycle threshold for the vaccinated, and have stopped monitoring breakthrough cases (vaccinated people getting COVID-19) that do not lead to hospitalization [see CDC changes reporting protocol for breakthrough cases].
