Four Pfizer trial volunteers developed Bell’s palsy but FDA denies it was caused by the shot

Report released by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) showed that four volunteers for the Pfizer-BioNTech trials developed Bell’s palsy, a temporary facial paralysis, a few days after taking the shot. The article by the Daily Mail UK attached below reveals that the Bell’s palsy “were the only side effect that the FDA saw as ‘imbalanced’ with more occurring in the vaccine group than in the placebo group”. The FDA says that there was no clear way that the vaccine caused the Bell’s palsy.

Editor’s Note: As the article has noted, no one actually knows what causes Bell’s palsy and that it has previously been linked to vaccines. And though others may see Bell’s palsy as non-life threatening, it is serious enough as it prevents those who experienced the condition from continuing with their normal routines until the condition is resolved.

Moreover, as no one knows what triggers the Bell’s palsy among the participants, and it is the role of the government to do due diligence in order to protect its citizens.
