We must live a healthy lifestyle if we want to protect ourselves from COVID-19. In this article for the World Economic Forum, Phil Cain says that because there is no vaccine for the coronavirus yet, so our immune systems must adapt unaided to this potential threat.
To boost our immune system, Cain recommends abstinence from smoking and drinking alcohol, sleeping well, eating a balanced and healthy diet, reducing stress, and exercising.
In support of this, the World Health Organization (WHO) recently launched the #HealthyAtHome challenge which aims to provide inspiration on how one can stay healthy during the quarantine period.
