In this article written and published by Dr. Joseph Mercola on his website on December 4, 2020, he discusses the various evidence showing that asymptomatic people do not spread SARS-CoV-2. Mercola reiterates the growing medical consensus that RT-PCR tests cannot be used to diagnose COVID, and that it is only being used to create panic [here are a few articles we have published regarding this topic New York Times: More experts questioning RT-PCR testing, RT-PCR tests are scientifically meaningless, Portugese court rules PCR tests as unreliable and unlawful to quarantine people].

He delves deeper into the implications of recent research published by Nature Communications which reported on the results of the data mass screening program conducted in Wuhan, China. According to the research, 92.9% of the entire population of the city underwent testing between May 14 to June 1, 2020. Of the 9,899,828 residents who were tested, 9,865,404 had no previous diagnosis of COVID-19, and 34,424 were recovered, COVID-19 patients. None were symptomatic, and 300 were asymptomatic. Of the 1,174 people who were in close contact with an asymptomatic individual, none tested positive.

Mercola also poses important insights on why, despite the results of the Wuhan research as well as the latest information about COVID, mainstream media and Big Tech continue to push for a fear-based narrative even though the data and science do not support it.

Editor’s Note: It continues to baffle us why, despite so many new researches showing us that there is no point in lockdowns and coronavirus restrictions, many people hold on to their fear-inducing belief systems. A quick survey of our social media accounts offers some possible answers. Insights and resources that contradict the mainstream COVID narrative are either marked as false information, are deprioritized in news feeds, or are outright deleted [see The Pandemic of Censorship, also read our story of censorship here Liberating ourselves from Facebook: We are going to MeWe]. People are bombarded daily with half-truths and outright lies coming from the “experts” handpicked by Big Tech and mainstream media (MSM).

Many young people today believe that they will die if they contract the virus [see New study: Millenials overestimate their COVID-19 risk]. Perhaps due to social media, they do not realize that many countries in the world are already confident of reopening. In fact in a conversation last week, an acquaintance was surprised to find out that many countries have reopened their schools, that people are not wearing masks, and social distancing is not implemented in a militaristic style. We ask ourselves why? cite countries reopening schools.

It is because most people do not go beyond what MSM and social media tell them. But Big Tech does not have the monopoly of truth. The Great Barrington Declaration and the various investigations conducted by the Extra-Parliamentary Corona Investigative Commission has given us some gems to fight the mainstream narrative [read The Great Barrington Declaration: Life must return to normal for the healthy, the vulnerable must be protected and 500 German doctors and scientists form an organization to investigate global coronavirus response.
