Vaccinating children against COVID-19 is irresponsible and unethical

The following article was written by Paul Alexander, Howard Tenenbaum, and Dr. Parvez Dara for the American Institute for Economic Research. It was published last March 20, 2021.

In this article, the authors explore the illogical and irresponsible push to vaccinate children below 12 years old. They assert that COVID-19 vaccination for children have no benefit, but have very real dangers. They continue on to discuss the already settled science relating to children and COVID-19 and the atrocity of launching clinical tests involving children and infants as young as six months old.

The authors leave the following message for parents: “Parents must be brave and be willing to assess this purely from a benefit versus risk position and ask themselves: ‘If my child has little if any risk, near zero risk of severe sequelae or death, and thus no benefit from the vaccine, yet there could be potential harms and as yet unknown harms from the vaccine (as already reported in adults who have received the vaccines), then why would I subject my child to such a vaccine?’ And in the presence of the potential risks, as well as the fact that a vaccine for Covid-19 is simply not indicated in children, why would a loving parent allow their child to be vaccinated with still-experimental vaccines?”

The authors also cite a recent open letter from various doctors and scientists who said: “There are serious concerns…that the approval of the Covid-19 vaccines by the EMA was premature and reckless, and that the administration of the vaccines constituted and still does constitute “human experimentation,” which was and still is in violation of the Nuremberg Code.” As children cannot give proper informed consent, will parents be an active participants to this experimentation or will they uphold their children’s right to a normal life?

Editor’s Note: Which parent in their right mind would allow their perfectly healthy child become a subject of a vaccine that has never been tested on other children before? Now, which scientists think that it is acceptable to experiment on children using a vaccine whose safety data among adults is already questionable? Well, the answer could be: the scientist who gains something from the research. Or it could be, the scientist who thinks that children are not human beings with a long, and wonderful future ahead of them. For no decent human being would knowingly make children into lab rats when it is a known fact that children do not need these vaccines at all!

We echo the call put out by the authors of the article: testing on children must be stopped until the COVID-19 vaccines have received full authorization through the Biologic License Application (BLA), and long-term safety data on adults have been established.
