Italy rolls out social credit system
In this April 22, 2022 article for The National Pulse, Wahagen Khabayan reports on the rollout of the Smart Citizen Wallet in the municipality of Bologna.
According to the report, starting fall of 2022, the city of Bologna will pilot the project, where “good behaving” citizens will receive scores and rewards they can claim from participating shops and institutions.
Massimo Bugani, councilor for the city’s digital agenda said that no one will be forced to use the application, but that he expects a high user uptake.

We must remember that The Great Reset is currently underway, and Italy, like many countries around the world, has been complacent to the violation of our fundamental rights. They have used “public interest” to justify lockdowns and mandatory vaccinations. How sure are we that officials in Bologna won’t use the climate crisis to justify expanding this social credit system?
