This critical piece written by Brett Schaefer and Steven Groves for The Heritage Foundation casts doubt on the capacity of the World Health Organization (WHO) Pandemic Treaty to address the needs of the world in the case of the pandemic. It points out several of the important details of the Pandemic Treaty which oftentimes get brushed off.

The authors also offer seven recommendations for the US to consider as its representative negotiates with the World Health Assembly this May.
