IPCC Scientists: We Need Power To Prescribe Climate Policy
Five lead authors of the climate reports produced by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) told the Guardian that scientists should be given the right to make policy prescriptions, and possibly, to oversee policy implementation of the 195 countries who committed to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
Glen Peters, lead author on emissions scenarios said, “The IPCC needs to move to solving the problme. If that does not happen…then I think the IPCC is going to lose relevance. The IPCC in a sense has to change now, because the world around it has changed”.
Editor’s Note: See how these non-elected international organizations are now pushing to get the power to create policy? First it began with the World Health Organization (WHO). Now the IPCC. Pretty soon, the UN Security Council will want to have control over peace and war, and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) will take control of agriculture and food. Who knows what other UN agency will try to gain global control.
This is the reason why it is important to block the WHO Pandemic Treaty and International Health Regulation (IHR) Amendments. If WHO gets through the legal barriers preventing them from dictating on sovereign nations, then it will create opportunities for the enemies of humanity to approach world domination in entirely new ways.
