The world health issues around Covid have changed dramatically in the last few weeks. As top policy makers of this country, we assume that you truly seek the health and welfare of the Filipino people. Thus, being honorable Senators of the Republic, you will surely be interested in these significant global developments highly relevant to SB1869.
SB1869 intends to place the Philippines under the control of the World Health Organization (WHO) in the event of a global pandemic. SB1869 also intends to strengthen the DOH on the assumption that DOH did a good job in managing the Covid crisis in our country. But what if the country’s Covid response was a massive failure?
Your bill is out of touch with current world developments. Countries are starting to question and reject the WHO-proposed treaties and amendments. Official government data, whistleblower information, and scientific studies reveal that as many as 13 million people have died from the Covid vaccines and the health of tens of millions more are being seriously compromised with these experimental and unproven vaccines.
You are not learning about these developments because global and local media are heavily censored to hide the truth from the general public. We will specify the top secret censorship and disinformation programs that governments and Big Tech have rolled out on the Covid issue.
SB 1869 has to be seriously revised if it is not to bring irreparable harm to the Filipino people. The only way to do that is to take SB 1869 back to the Committee level where public hearings can be held. If not, come out with a totally new bill that promotes the good intention of SB 1869 and avoids all the pitfalls due to inadequate vetting of scientific data and world developments.

It will be a massive disaster if the Philippines signs up with the criminal WHO organization. If the politicians don’t know what is going on in the world to slaughter millions and enslave the rest they should not be in government at all.
We sure hope they listen. This is just like the WTO/IMF deals!
Those who sponsored this bill are playing God upon humanity. They have no idea that WHO is being used by evil globalists to depopulate the planet to better control the people under the so called New World Order. They will have to answer to the Almighty Creator for what they are doing to Filipinos.
Sometimes I wonder if wake up letters such as this by CCH just end up at the hands of their secretaries without being read by the politicians themselves. These people should think that their decisions will affect their families future unless they belong to the elites who avails vaccine exemptions. Elon Musk took the vax and he almost died so he woke up, maybe realizing he is disposable and one of those “useless eaters of the planet” and not really part of the global elite, maybe. He bought Tweeter, kicked out many of the censorship staff and posted about his vaccination experience. If many of our politicians were members of secretive societies, I will not be surprised if they will pass SB1869 into law.
