Weimar judge who ruled against mandatory masking of children had his phone seized, home raided

According to the report, Christian Dettmar, the German judge who issued the controversial ruling preventing the mandatory masking of children in schools, had his electronic devices confiscated and his home and car raided by the police.

Dettmar’s ruling was the first time that evidence against a commonly prescribed anti-COVID measure was presented in court. Before making the decision, the court heard three expert witnesses: hygienist Prof. Dr. Ines Kappstein, psychologist Prof. Dr. Christ of Kuhbandner, and biologist Prof. Dr. Ulrike Kämmerer.

The police accused the judge of “misusing the law” in making the ruling. 2020 News, the first site to release information regarding this development, alleges that the police intervention in the case of Judge Dettmar is “obviously for political reasons”
