The EU parliament has passed a resolution condemning Viktor Orban’s trip to Moscow. Hungary’s president, Orban, wanted to negotiate peace in the region. Still, EU members of parliament said that the visit “did not represent the EU and constituted an obvious violation of the EU treaties and common foreign policy.”

Editor’s Note: What could be more important for the EU than peace in the world? We get it. Orban might have come to negotiate with Putin in his own personal capacity, but if he came back with good concessions for Europe, shouldn’t the parliament hear him first?

The EU definitely wants war with Russia. The first resolution passed by the new members of the EU Parliament was to censor Viktor Orban, Hungary’s President, for wanting to end the war in Ukraine and establish peace between Russia and Ukraine + the West. Obviously, this new EU Parliament is tone-deaf to the millions of Europeans who upset the power structure of Europe by voting out some of their corrupt leaders in the latest elections in the EU last June.
