Robert F. Kennedy Jr. launches challenge against COVID vaccines’ emergency use authorization

The following article was written by David McLoone and was published by Life Site News on May 25, 2021.

The article details a recent petition filed by Children’s Health Defense (CHD) chairman Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in conjunction with Dr. Meryl Nass, asking the Food and Drug Authorization (FDA) to revoke the Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) issued to COVID vaccines.

The petition makes a number of requests including one asking the FDA to “refrain from allowing minors to participate in COVID vaccine trials…and immediately revoke all EUAs that permit vaccination of children under 16 for the Pfizer vaccine and under 18 for other COVID vaccines”.

The CHD also requests that the “FDA should issue guidance that all marketing and promotion of COVID vaccines must refrain from labeling them safe and effective” as such statements violate the law.

The petition notes that the FDA’s criteria for EUA issuance, that “no adequate, approved, and available alternatives” for treatment of COVID-19 has not been met, as there have been numerous studies already showing the effectiveness of Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine for the treatment of SARS-CoV-2 infections.

The petition also raised attention to the lack of verifiable evidence showing the need to vaccinate children. It says, “Available evidence…strongly suggests that the vaccine is much more dangerous to children than the disease”.

Editor’s Note: This petition is an important one as it will have a massive impact on mass vaccination programs around the world.

In order for CHD to file a petition like this, they would need concrete evidence to back up their claim. This evidence, we think, is in abundance, and can be very easily provided to US Courts, if necessary.

We will monitor the results of this petition and will bring you updates when new developments are made public.
