On November 23, 2019, the Milken Institute published an almost one-hour long video featuring a panel of health experts who discussed new efforts at creating universal flu vaccines. Speakers for this particular session include some of the top scientists in the US, for example, Rick Bright, Director of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) and Anthony Fauci, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).

In this video, the panelists discuss the unique characteristics of influenza which necessitates the use of new technology for creating the flu vaccine. Their goal is reflected by the session’s title: To produce a universal flu vaccine that can offer life-long protection to recipients.

In 7:02 of the video, moderator Michael Specter asks an important question, referring to ushering in of new technologies for vaccine development. He asks: “Why don’t we blow the system up?” He continues, “I mean obviously we can’t just turn off the spigot on the system we have and then say ‘hey, everyone in the world should get this new vaccine we haven’t given to anyone yet’, but there must be some way that we can [make this happen]”? To which Margaret Hamburg, former commissioner of the US Food and Drug Administration, “I think…it’s time to stop talking, it’s time to act. And we’ve talked about these issues for a very long time… in terms of why we’re still growing it mainly in eggs is that that’s the way we’ve always done it…it’s also that we haven’t had this sense of urgency”.

Specter continues: “Do we need to have lots of people die for that sense of urgency to occur?”

Specter also asks Fauci of the progress towards the quest for universal vaccination. Fauci says that we need to “stabilize that stem [the part of the flu virus that does not mutate] and put it in a way, not growing it in eggs…not growing the virus at all, but just getting the sequences, getting the appropriate protein and sticking it on a self-assembling nanoparticle that is much, much more immunogenic…This is something that is 10 years in the making, not the 40, 50, 60 years that you said we were doing the same thing”. Fauci continues, “the critical challenge is that in order to make the transition from getting out of the tried and true egg growing…to something that has to be much better…”

Editor’s Note: For people who have been following authentic news about COVID-19, this video is truly a bombshell. Here we hear of experts wanting to “disrupt” how we perceive flu, so that we begin to fear it, and so that they can begin to implement “health care interventions” which has never been used before. We hear them speak of the availability of a new kind of flu vaccines waiting to be released to the world at the right opportunity.

It was predictive programming of what was to come after the fictional pandemic of Event 201. They wanted to bypass government regulatory policies and rollout synthetic-based vaccines never before been used by humankind. They wanted us to accept that influenza is deadly, and that it should merit the same kind of response we have for diseases like HIV and cancer. Many people have asked: why are governments rushing to approve vaccines with little to no safety data? Well, this video is the answer to that question. It is because those people inside the health institutions have interest in testing new kinds of vaccines. They want to see their experiment they thought up (the same one they discussed in the video) played out.

But make no mistake. This is not the complete story.
