US health officials question results of AstraZeneca clinical trials

This article published by the New York Times last March 26, 2021, reports on the issues raised concerning the promising results of the AstraZeneca clinical trials. According to medical experts, the company had “essentially cherry picked data to make its vaccine look better”.

The accusation came from medical experts assigned to monitor the company’s clinical trial, and was sent via a private letter addressed to federal officials. In response, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) issued a statement making public the panel’s concerns [see NIAID statement here: https://www.nih.gov/news-events/news-releases/niaid-statement-astrazeneca-vaccine].

Editor’s Note: This article shows us that the results of vaccine trials can be manipulated to suit the interest of the vaccine manufacturer. It drives home the point that we shouldn’t just be relying on the report of these manufacturers concerning the safety and efficacy of the vaccines they have created. Our governments must do the policing for us.

And does the NIAID have any moral ascendancy to condemn AstraZeneca when we all know that it has conflict of interest in doing so? All vaccines have shown negative side effects, with Moderna and Pfizer still leading the list. Why don’t we see any statements of “concern” coming from these same scientists and health experts? Are we still blindly accepting the “no injury, no death” narrative, despite the numerous reports in the media and the very evidence found in the Vaccine Adverse Effects Reporting System (VAERS)? How can we still accept that Moderna and Pfizer has no link to the numerous adverse effects being reported following vaccination?
